I can spill the beans.

I'm soooooo excited! I received an email this week inviting me to join the Pink Paislee design team. To say I'm thrilled, humbled and honored would be an understatement!!! Here is the link to the blog post announcing the team. I'm so lucky to be listed alongside some of my favorite designers out there.

Here is my latest layout that I did using the PP Spring Fling line.

Thanks for celebrating with me!!! (Oh, and when it rains it pours! I have another fun thing to share with you after tomorrow....) ;)

A Couple from SA

Here are a couple of projects I did using the beautiful February kit from Self Addressed. It featured the We R Memory Keepers line, 'Promenade'. These papers are just gorgeous.

The little gable box came from Emma's Paperie. Cindy has such cute things for making gifts and little projects. Check it out!

That's it for today! Thanks for stopping by!

Lovin' the Pink.

Paislee that is! The sneak peeks were awesome and everyone has been raving about Pink Paislee. Well, I finally got my first batch of it on Friday. Wow, I love it! I whipped out several cards and a layout. I used the Spring Fling line. Love how it's a little shabby, but fun and bold at the same time.

Here are a couple of projects:

Pink Paislee set up a really fun community, too. Lots of ideas and inspiration there.
You can find it here.

Bad. Blogger.

Sorry I've been so bad about posting. I just haven't had anything new that I can share this week. I wish I could be like some of those people who have several new projects a week to post. I'm such a slow worker, though, and my scrapping time is woefully limited now that I'm teaching this class and hitting the gym. Hopefully, I'll be able to post my Self-Addressed designs in a couple of days.

Anyway, here's a card that I made with my Studio Calico kit. I love these kits.

I was inspired to really rough it up by a girl who's work I've been totally drooling over lately. Her name is Janine and here is her blog. I just love how everything she does is distressed and inked so beautifully. She is the queen of texture!

Have a great day!

Paper Crafting with Photos

If you haven't seen this new issue, run to the newsstand! Paper Crafting with Photos is a great resource!!! I just got my copy last week and I love it. There are so many wonderful ideas for using photos on projects. I know I'm going to be lifting a bunch of the ideas in there.

This is the project that I have in there. It's a photo book that I made for Karen. I used a photo of her wedding bouquet on the front cover. She can put her favorite pics. from the wedding inside this little album and bring it to work to show off. ;)

Online Crop

This weekend was the online cropped over at Self Addressed. It was so much fun. I hosted several challenges. And in the meantime I ended up making some fun cards. Just thought I'd share them here.

This one uses the new Making Memories Chelsea's Place papers I got at Michael's yesterday. I'm in love with them.

This one uses the January SA kit. Gotta love that Collage Press

And this one uses a gorgeous flocked paper from MM. YUM!

Hope you all had a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by!

and the winner is...

Cindy Vernon!!! Congrats, Cindy. Email me your address and I'll get the goodies out into the mail for you. :)Thanks so much to everyone who played along. Check back as I'll be doing another giveaway soon. I loved seeing your versions of the card sketch.

I finished a few things using the new Paper Salon lines this week. They are so fun! You can see the lines here.

Here's my layout using the Rejoice line. It was perfect for the picture of Ryan's little feet wearing my christening shoes on his baptism day.

And here is a couple more of my ATCs for the faith challenge. I'm addicted to Making Memories right not. Their Love Story line is one of my all time favorites. I can't stop using it. I used Tim Holtz crackle paint on the back of the first one. It give such great texture.
